What is TOPSoccer?
 West Hartford TOPSoccer (The Outreach Program for Soccer) is a community-based soccer program for young athletes with disabilities. The program is dedicated to creating opportunities for all boys and girls, ages 5-16, who have a physical or developmental disability to learn and play soccer as part of a team, and to a become valued and successful member of the US Youth Soccer family.
